Variety: 95% tinta del país and 5% albillo mayor (aprox)
Origen: Parcela La Loma, Manvirgo and Juegabolos. Very heterogeneous soils: sandy, clayey, calcareous and pebbly areas.
Yield: 4.000 kg/Ha.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in concrete deposits. The wine yolk is extracted from each tank, leaving the amount corresponding to one barrel. Each wine macerates with its skins for one night, until dawn.
Ageing: 24 months in 225 L. barrels. 50% new oak, 50% wine oak.
